Aloha friends and supporters of the Kalaeloa Heritage and Legacy Foundation (KHLF) and the Kalaeloa Heritage Park (KHP).Mahalo for your public testimony, which has helped to convince the HCDA Board to authorize the expenditure of up to $100K to analyze the stockpiled materials at the KHP in preparation for removal and remediation.  This is success for the Park and we owe it to you!Please note, however, that the KHLF and KHP still have much work left to do to prevent the cancellation of its lease.  We will be working with Senator Mike Gabbard, Representative Sharon Har, and Councilwoman Kymberly Pine to meet with the HCDA and discuss the way ahead.  Please show your support for these elected officials as we will be leaning heavily on them as we work to resolve our lease issues with HCDA.We hope that we can count on your continued support of the Kalaeloa Heritage Park.
